My name is John Lombardo and I have been a customer of Time Warner Cable for 5-6 years. When the switchover to spectrum occurred, you started with discounts for new customers... well now my bill just went up by 20 dollars and I am getting the same services... I was told by a supervisor that this was to account for new upgrades, which I am actually not able to take advantage of unless I pay almost 60 dollars more... That is just plain stupid... I was paying 138 for my services and now I am paying 158... just want my 138... or a new promotional rate through spectrum... a supervisor basically was going to send me to the disconnect rather than helping me... you are going to lose a customer, and P.S. spectrum services are really not that good... needs significant improvement! and you may also want to revamp your customer service...
