Hello,
I have an issue with Sprint. I recently changed my service to Verizon because my Employer pays my bill now. I have been a customer of Sprint for a total of 9 yrs counting from my first time having sprint back in the 90 s. I would like to make a payment arrangement on my bill with Sprint and every person spoke to has told me that is not possible and that my final bill if not paid by due date they will send me to collections. I am a good customer and have good credit. I cannot pay the full amount due by the due date and because I have been a loyal customer Im only asking to be able to make an arrangement. If you can have someone contact me on this matter I would greatly appreciate it.
