I just opened a account with your company in march 2017. I have never been so unhappy with a bank since I left Wells Fargo. there are constant on line issues when trying to log in. when using the on line site your bank does not show anything that is pending when it comes to bill pay - one of your branches in mint hill ate my atm card - and most recently I initiated a transfer on line on a saturday from my account to an non 53rd account I have set up = when going on line the following Monday it stated that the transfer would not take place until Tuesday the next day - I waited all day Tuesday and the transfer did not happen - today Wednesday I see on line that it shows the transfer went through but it did not show up in my other bank account. so I went to a branch to see if I could get some answers - only to get told - you money wont arrive into your other account until Thursday - oh and we are charging you $3.00 for this transaction. wow - now I have bills coming out of this other account and I will be overdrawn all thanks to the fact that it will take 4 business days to transfer money. I am so unhappy with this service - you better believe I will be closing this account as soon as everything clears and I will be telling all my friends about the poor banking you offer - along with all the blogs I can hit.
