Im hoping you can help me. I have ordered some Ikea shelving on line. I have been promised many times that it will be delivered, the most recent being yesterday. When I call Ikea customer support line I am put on hold for over an hour. Then no one knows anything about the delivery.
Ive always found your products to be very good and good quality. But your customer service, and shipping fails miserably.
