Hello,
Store in Bristol Virginia - Lee Highway. The security systems will go off if you have a cell phone. Tell me- How are you catching the shoplifters if the security goes off by a cell phone. I have been asked to come back in the store and they look at my receipt and I am completely embarrassed. I have contacted a lawyer because I have contacted Walmart headquarters on several occasions and have heard nothing. I am tired of wondering if today will be the day that my phone will set it off which doesnt happen all the time adn how big of a seen your associates will make when this happens. I am tired of being embarrassed just to shop at your store. I have talked to the associate at Walmart and they tell me that the security system goes off on them as well. I came in the door and the system went off and they chased down a man that was leaving and it was my phone that set it off. The poor man was innocent. I am sure you really dont care but I thought I would contact you to see if it is really true that Walmart could care less.
