Hello,
I am highly insulted by your managers at Petsmart on Nazareth Easton highway at the 248 Crossings. I have been doing volunteer work for nearly 5 years at this store for the cats. Even on crutches I went in to make sure the animals are being taken care of. One time I went in and the cats cages were in deplorable state. I asked one f the associates why? Allison, one of your managers, said it was not here job to make sure the cages were clean. I understand that however: if a volunteer cannot make it in make the store look good and take the 15 minute it takes to clean the cages.
A little while after this I was accused, by Lorrie another manager, of asking associates personal questions. I was highly offended because as a pastor we do not do things like this. We listen to someone that may want someone to talk to. In fact the day before this accusation, one of your associates was talking to me about college and the fact that am going to college to further my religion degree. She stated that she was going to school to become an abuse counselor. One of the other associates was listening to what we said and told Lorrie that I was asking personal questions. After Lorrie cornered me and accused my of asking the personal questions I filed a complaint with Petsmart.
After this I received a phone call from Allison asking if everything was taken care of. I called back but she was gone. Today 9/11/2016 I went to the store to get some more cat food for my cats and a feral colony I am feeding. I asked Allison what she wanted. She accused me in front of people of asking a couple of associates personal questions a couple of weeks ago. That they felt uncomfortable with me asking these questions. If this happened a couple of weeks ago why did they wait this long to bring it to my attention? This is coming from the manager that I had earlier filed a complaint against. Do you think the to may be related? Could she be fabricating this to get even? I found this highly offensive and I may seek an attorney to file a lawsuit against your store for slander especially since your manager said this in front of people.
Two days ago I was getting more food. Yes I spend a lot of money in your store anywhere from $6,000 to $8,000 a year. When I was asking one of your associates a question about coupons for Science Diet cat food, when Lorrie came over and rudely interrupted us asking this question; "What are you two talking about?. First that was totally rude and unprofessional, and second it was none of her business. She should worry more about her associates work than what I am talking about. For instance, your associates sometimes, while working, have their girlfriend or boyfriend come in and stand there talking to them when they are working.
I have no idea what your managers have against me. My size does tend to intimidate people, however, I am a gentle giant.
I await your reply before I pursue this legally with an attorney.
