I apologize for having to contact you directly, but I have emailed the customer service portal twice regarding a pretty major error in my recent online order, and they have not responded to either email. I recently ordered the Xbox one bundle that came with Rise of the Tomb Raider and a $50 GameStop gift card that I was planning on using to preorder The Division. My Xbox arrived on Wednesday, and I was under the impression given the emails that were sent in conjunction with my order, that I would be able to get the codes for the latter two items online. Neither code shows up online in my order history, but they definitely have charged me for both items and those items do appear in the itinerary. I was really hoping to be able to use that gift card to preorder The Division, but since nobody has responded to me and the game comes out Tuesday, I guess that's not able to happen anymore. I just want to get what I paid for and be able to enjoy my new Xbox that I saved up to buy. Thanks in advance for your time.
