I financed a vehicle with you in February of 2015. I am a minority business owner of a construction company. Over the summer we did a very large project completing luxury condos. They were under contract for purchasing once completed. The owner of the condominium did not disclose that he had an inspection that told him about the issues on the outside of the building. My company finished the inside. The owner did not do the list of repairs from the inspection on the outside he lost the buyers. So we were never paid. I used all of my credit lines to finish this project. I worked really hard to build my credit and my business. When I got this loan through 5/3, you went through my financials and gave me a chance, thank you! I made payments all the way to September and was unable to make another payment until now. I talked to a customer service rep back in November and explained my situation. I am asking for your help. I want to bring my truck current and finish out my loan. I have now talked to a rep there that said the only thing I can do is pay it off or surrender it. I have to have my truck, it is my family vehicle and my work vehicle, without it I canât work, my business will crumble. My credit score was almost a 700 now it is really down. Please reinstate my loan, I have tried to file for a hardship on line but it tells me it cannot find my info.
