I know that I probably won't get a response or anything out of this company but I think that customer feed back is crucial to a companies survival. I bought parts off of your site yesterday. I put in my car info and the parts I needed and every part I bought said it would fit. My husband went to put them on the car and nothing fit the car. He had to go back to the store and exchange it , having to pay cash again because he didnt have the debit card to get refunded to do exchange. My advice would be to fix the computer issues with order matchups and fix the exchange issues. I have searched online and have found that there are many customers of yours that have the very same complaint. I hope that you will fix these issues and not ignore the fact that there are some serious concerns being voiced by your customers. Thanks and have a nice day.
