Hello, I stay around ocean Avenue.Almost all my friends and neighbors made up their minds to shop at Macy's backstage simply because of one of the associates her name is (Margaret)she is fantastic in customer service,she's rings so well on the register,I do see her everywhere,dressing room,jewellery,she's always at my aid,example:she chose all gifts I got this holiday,even when I try giving her $100 she refused it and said "she's doing this because she loves putting smiles on people's face"that strikes me I wil really appreciate you acknowledge her efforts bcoz every body at my neighborhood says they still shop there bcoz of her.Lastly.Jan.11th 2016,around mid day,a wheelchair woman came in,I saw her giving her attention to make sure she's okay,yet still attending to people.she needs to be celebrated.Wil appreciate it if u could acknowledge her hard work,that wil encourage her to do more.thank you.
