I traded in some games, and they didn't give me the amount that was on your web site for trade in prices. I tried calling them but all they said was because I already did the transaction, there was nothing they could do. This is unacceptable. I traded in Evil within for ps 3 only got 8.00 but I was to get 10.00 Batman Arkham knight ps4 - only got 11.20 and was to really get 14. Dark Souls iii for xbox one got only 32 was to get 40.00 cap com digital collection got 6.40 was to get 8.00 and MGS Phantom Pain got 13 was to get 18.00. These prices were after the 50% more I get from a promo they are running for trades and these amounts were taken from the website as of 6/20 when I went in there. They took 3.00 off for MGS to get it refirbed but I am still out 18.00 please send this to me on a giftcard I can send you a scanned receipt too so you know I am not making up anything.
