I'd like to thank you for taking the time to read this email. I was staying in one of your hotels 1907 Dallas Springhill Suite between 03.30.16 until 04.05.16.
While I was staying there I had all my money taken from me room 2,500$ and £300. It's safe to say this ruined my holiday which was meant to be a trip of a lifetime to watch Wrestlemania and then head to Las Vegas coming from the U.K.
The money was taken from my room which was in my bag. As soon as I realised that it ha been taken I contacted the hotel manager who I have to say was less than useless. They shown very little interest. The lady on reception who was helpful called the police for me. When they arrived they went through there procedures and got a maintenance guy to check who had been in the room. They found that it was only the cleaner who had been in (apart from myself and my 3 friends).
While I was there I kept asking to speak to the manager and I was always told they were busy but they would get them to call our hotel. Nothing though. I spoke the your company through e-mail who replied very quickly and they advised that they would pass this to Mr Joe Torres who is the manager. It took me 3 emails before I revived a reply of him to tell me that he wasn't doing anything.
I am absolutely disgusted by the Hotel and Marriott itself who we always stay with when booking hotels. My travel insurance have advised me that they won't be paying out as there was no CCTV cameras in the hallways and no safe in the rooms.
They are however advising me to sue the company for my losses and ruining my holiday of a lifetime. Even now I feel sick as to what has happened to me in your hotel.
