The reason for contacting Jet Blue is due to an incident last Friday Feb,9th. I was notified of a cancellation early afternoon for a 5:00 flight. My hotel reservations were already made and non refundable and I missed a family funeral. When explaining my situation the agent could have cared less. My experience with Jet Blue is always top shelf but I really feel the airline could at least have offered something. Just wanted to let you know the circumstances s, as a business owner of a small business, I ghought you would like to know. Thank you.
