Hello,
To whomever reviews applications for a loan. There is more to LOANS THAN CREDIT CHECKS. How many people are willing to try and borrow money on their home when there is no longer a mortgage!? Did you check my history before 2014? How long have I had an account with PNC? Kindness has gotten my poor credit rating! There were credit cards that unfortunately I allowed others to use. I was not aware of the debts until I started receiving calls and letters of non payment request!! Naturally this is my fault and trying to get a loan to pay off the high interest cards was a solution that broke my heart. I believed there would be more than an online credit check since it was my home at stake. If a individual can't turn to their bank for help what can they do? I am 71 and now working three jobs to help resolve my issues.
Needless to say I have overcome more difficult times and will resolve my debt without the help from MY BANK where I have had an account for many years.
I'm sure your loan department will have a good laugh on me. At least someone is happy.
