HELP. Dear Michael I am a retired firefighter and non-paid charity worker on behalf of – Michael OLeary email address

Ron sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

HELP. Dear Michael I am a retired firefighter and non-paid charity worker on behalf of the second most deprived area in Hampshire. Unbeknown to me I have been awarded a community award by the University of Winchester and it is at Winchester Cathedral. The ceremony is in the middle of the week I have booked in Malta to go and see my family. This is a lifetime opportunity and at 73 I don't suppose there will be many more opportunities I have tried to change flights for one week later, Sun 23 and return Sun 30 October. I have been told by Ryanair that there is no refund policy when I tried to reschedule my original flight of 16 to 23 October. Whilst i do not expect not to have to pay something towards the alteration I just wondered if you could please make an acceptation to the rule and allow me to have some refund back from my original booking which would enable me to book a flight for myself and my wife to go back home. Of course should you need evidence of what I am saying I can provide the letter from Winchester uni and anything else that you may require. My charity work should be in the Southampton daily echo this Monday or Tuesday 03/10 i look forward to hearing from you in anticipation.
Kind regards
Ron
