Ref: Ladies watch faulty
To whom it may concern,
I bought a ladies Pilgrim watch on Ryanair Brussels-Dublin flight 20th May CMZKYP. The hostess could not give me a receipt and said I could track my purchase and obtain a guarantee on the Ryanair website but I cannot locate it.
I love my purchase but today the clasp broke. I no longer have the packaging. Can you repair the watch or send me a replacement?
Is it possible to contact via email as it would be easier.
