Hey Kazuo,

My name is Barak and I've been a SONY PlayStation customer for about 15 years, and other SONY products like TV for about 20 years. About a week ago my PlayStation started scratching my games and actually destroyed two of them. My Console makes a noise like its trying to insert a CD inside but no CD is being inserted. I spoke to a supervisor and they informed me that since the Console was purchased about two years ago (6/8/14) it is not covered under warranty. I fully understand, however I feel that as a loyal customer to SONY and the PlayStation console the repair fee should not be charged. I've already lost two games ($60x2) which are $120 in value. Please reach back out to me as soon as possible as I've exercised every option. Thank you,
