Hey there Mr. Lundgren I figured I would go straight to the source. I had to callout twice because of two snow days in February I can send you pictures I literally could not back out for two days. I would really like to have my points back and start gaining some too. I love Macy's my manager told me I was going to be full time starting March 1st but now it is only letting me pick up about one day a week and my manager moved to Texas and now works at Macy's there. I am so outgoing and make every customer feel warm and welcome and make sure they leave with actual laughter and are more than happy with what they have purchased. I work in the women's shoe department. Working one day a week is forcing me to find another job, which I rather not do because I love Macy's. Thank you for your time and consideration,
