Hi Andrew,
Im fairly confident that this message wont reach you or you wont read it but I wanted to write it to register my unhappiness with you.
I am having connection issues with the Draft Mode of the FIFA 17 game. Ive been working with your support team for the last 2 weeks to fix it with no success. The blame is now being pushed to my ISP which I know is not the issue.
My problem is that I have spent about £35 on coins to fund these Draft games where each one of them has crashed. So I am just spending money on top of the price of the game for no reason whatsoever.
I love playing FIFA and have had every version thats come out on the PS4 and the PS3 as well as a host of other EA games. But Im now left in a position where I just want to sell the game and get something else because while Ive accepted I can't play the draft mode anymore I am incredibly annoyed by all of the extra money Ive spent with no reward.
I know the amount of money Im talking about is insignificant and I don't for one second think that losing my business will have any effect on EA but I just wanted to make you aware of a really loyal but dissatisfied customer.
