Hi Andrew,
my name is James.
i have been a loyal customer of yours for over 13 years on both playstation and xbox playing in excess of 10,000 games.
recently i had my account banned by your terms of service team for "Selling coins" i do not dispute that i had transferred the coins from my fifa account to a 3rd party website. however i was not aware that this was breaking your terms of service. my xbox gamer tag is kaka3211 and my account is level over level 60. with fifa 17 around the corner i wanted to use the easfc boosts at the start of the game hoever after sending multiple emails to your terms of service team and contacting you call centre i have been sent the same generic email. i feel that as a loyal customer i should be entitle to a second chance where my account can be unbanned and i can use it for fifa 17.
if you could please review this case and have my account unbanned that would be greatly appreciated. please feel free to contact me
