Ray sent a message to Steve Easterbrook- CEO of McDonald’s – email address that said:

Hi - appologies for disdurbing you but you need to know that your customer service is not working in the UK.
My partner and I had a meal early morning on Sunday 27th November at West Park Farm South Retail Park, Park Farm road ,
The meal cost was £8.18.
On Tuesday the 29th of November I checked my bank statement online and discovered I had been charged TWICE for this meal.
I emailed customer services with a request to refund the extra UNAUTHORISED charge along with an appology and requested an answer in 24hrs.
I have received neither and Im furious !
Im sure you have better things to do and probably won't even get to see this email, but hopefully you just might , and might just do something about it.
