How are you? I hope you are having a great day! I have spent a good portion of my morning at my local Apple store trying to upgrade my iPhone. But thanks to Citizen One this transaction has been unsuccessful thus far as there is a “past due” section showing on my credit report. After hours spent on the phone investigating this, I came across the reason. I had a Target credit card that I didn’t remember I had and I never received a bill for. The balance was a whopping $12.16, even though thousands and thousands of dollars and bills have been paid on time without any issues. I called Target, paid the balance and updated their records so I would actually receive the mail they send me. However, I am unable to complete the iPhone transaction because of this issue! I supposedly have to wait 30 days to re-apply!
I’m blown away by this considering Apple is a TECHNOLOGY store and everything is instant these days! I have spoken to a couple of people in your customer service office and they are the most unprofessional, unhelpful people I’ve dealt with, specifically the manager Ramon. It’s hard for me to believe that you guys can’t rectify this issue in a more timely manner!
