My name is Henrriely, I am Venezuelan. as a person who usually use paypal and recommend it I find myself at this point annoying.
Because in April 2015 bought 3 cards paypal cash in a store in New York, those cards were just given to a friend in early November and with 2 of them gave an error code 4003.
November 7 is sent what the customer service has requested is nothing more than a series of data such as invoice cards, license, photos of cards on both sides etc.
November 16, the customer service team asks that a claim form be filled out on this date.
November 21 My friend who gives you the cards chooses to communicate with you again because they have not given you an updapte of the case in which they indicate that you should:
Make a report in the police with the cards that the fraud occurred.
Now my friend has returned the cards because all this is complicated with paypal and is correct.
I was the one who bought the cards at the Duane Reade located at 37 Broadway New York.
I can not make the complaint to the police because I live in Panama and Venezuela.
The Paypal Cash Scam is internal to you and I like myself.
Solution
- I do not accept the money refund, I accept other paypal cards.
- I just want this to be fixed and I can have the 1000 usd back on some paypal cards.
- If you need an email from me that indicates that those cards actually used the code another person fraudulently I am willing to cooperate what is impossible for me is to make the complaint in the police because I am not in the United States and I have not planned Travel in the remainder of the year and next year
