Michael sent a message to Dan Schulman , President and CEO of PayPal Email Address that said:
Hi Daniel,
I have had a Paypal account for about 9 years. I have never had any issues and have always trusted Paypal as my primary source of payment where possible. However; over the past month I have been the victim of poor customer service and have paid the price for fraudsters setting up fake Paypal accounts. I have had to refund Paypal accounts that are in one persons name, with two different address' in two different countries. Daniel, seriously? How can I have to lose my product and refund a fraudster? Is there no protection for the seller anymore? My account has been limited and I've had to call your company everyday for four days with each team member telling me something different is required in order to have my account lifted. What has happened to Paypal lately? No longer are you the trusted reputable company that you once were. The seller is now the victim and the fraudsters can simply go on ripping people off. I've lost over two thousand dollars but you know what?... I don't even care about the money! I simply want to be able to buy and sell through eBay and not have to worry about paying the price for fraudsters and repeat offenders that slipped through the cracks. Hope this gets to you because calling your customer service team doesn't seem to get me too far. Where do I go from here? Do I vent on social media in order to try and get the support I need? Please help!
