Hi Dear Lee Kun,
I am very unhappy and disappointed with the customer care and repair services of samsung.
I had purchase a Note4 worth 1200 SGD in year 2014.
After 2 years, the phone started having battery and heating issue. I reported to samsung repair and they are asking me a motherboard replacement which would cost around 500SGD.
This is not the worth of money I had sepnd in this high end phone.
Please correct the repair pricing and provide good customer service. I am afraid my mobile might also blast like note7 sets.
