Hi Gary, I am a southwest customer and I recently lost all my Rapid Rewards – Gary C Kelly email address

Zhenxing sent a message to Gary C. Kelly- chief executive officer and chairman of Southwest Airlines-Email address that said:

Hi Gary, I am a southwest customer and I recently lost all my Rapid Rewards points all of sudden. I actually did a redeem and applied a southwest CC as activities to keep the account alive, unfortunately Southwest does not take it.
Most importantly I did not receive any notification / alert on the expatriation while all other customers received.
This is only 9 dates since the points expired, any suggestions you can recommend to the poor customer like me ?

Please help me out.
