hi good morning! I would like to share with you the following unpleasant experience at a recently opened IHOP Royal palm beach, Florida, State Rd. 7. Myself and 5 other friends went for an after dance snack at this IHOP mentioned above. All orders were given to us wrong, pancakes were missing, the coffee was so watered down it was like dishwater. The service was terrible there were not many people in there at approximately 10:15 pm. The waitress had a bad attitude when we told her the orders were incomplete. Myself and my friends usually visit other IHOPS in other states and were very disappointed after our experience. I will be traveling for the holidays to Rhode Island and my grandchildren look forward to our visit to IHOP as they have already asked to go there. I am now questioning if this tradition should be stopped after the experience explained above. We usually visit the IHOP on Pleasant Valley Pkwy in Providence, Rhode Island.
