Hi, have been trying to redeem flight gift vouchers for the last 14 hours now with no success. web page either doesn't accept them or when it does still directs me to card payment page.
Have been speaking to chat who directed me to customer support and despite being told theses vouchers are fine and try again they still don't work. Meanwhile the flight prices have increased. No point in continuing to go around in circles so i@m appealing directly to your good self for help.!!
