Hi, I am a loyal customer. I paid $240.96 in Nov. 2016 $35.10 in December of 2016. I did NOT receive service until today Sep. 19, 2017. I paid $296 for nothing. I talked to 3 different employees tonight that told me I was ling to them. They wanted me to pay another $80 to turn it back on. Eventually they did turn it on after 52 minutes on the phone and taking the phone to my car to prove to them I only had channel zero and one. I am in shock. I am not a liar and being called one is appalling. Sorry I did lose my temper and cry but I could not believe such a reputable company would steal from me. I hope no customer has to go through what I went through this evening.
