hi I am a valued customer when futureshop store was around in Canada any time u would call them by phone they would always answer to me that awesome customer service but now best buy bought out futureshop which is no longer I have to shop at best buy so everytime I call best buy by phone here in Canada no one but no one ever answers that's pooor customer service ..i've contacted best buy head office here in Canada no one did nothing about this problem not everyone has a computer even some handicap cant use a computer only by phone so now u wander why u guys don't make money ..one day I called a best buy no one answered so I took the time to go to the store it was like a ghost town no customers maybe a few but the rest of staff just sitting on phones texting to friends so I went to the manager to complain why no one ever answers phone he said I don't know....like I said futureshop had the best customer service sorry to say but if I'm writing to you about just think how many other customers feel the same way...I wanted to buy something one day and order by phone to put on hold and I lost out on buying what I wanted so me I'm one not happy customer .... you may think who cares its only 1 customer complaining sorry bud it don't work that way if I think this way a lot of people would get bad results from me and social media..so I hope u can fix this...
