Hi, I am contacting you regarding your policies and pricing. This may be silly to you but for some of us on a fixed income it isn't. I was on a deal from last year and it was high but we managed, after the deal went off my bill went up. I called and tried to get a deal again so we could continue to have Charter. The person I talked to said basically if I want to reduce my bill I will have to reduce my services. WOW. What a way to run a business. I know you will never read this but you should be aware of how real people that don't make a six or more figure income live. All I wanted was to get a reduced bill. I asked so if I am a new customer I can get a discount? She said yes. So you don't reward loyalty? She said NO. If there were deals I would give them but there isn't. How sad that you and your company cannot reward loyalty. So I have a choice of reducing my services or changing from Charter. Please contact me if you need any more clarification.
