Hi, I am extremely disappointed to find out this morning that I was unable to cancel my reservation at the Queenstown Hotel  for the 10th of June after having received an email on booking saying that I have time until the 9th of June to cancel this reservation. I have been a long standing customer of Hilton and have enjoyed the experience while I was travelling in the US and India. This is a first and I regret to inform you that I will no longer be staying at your hotels after this experience. I have paid in advance to lock in the advance rate but I don't think the customer should ever be denied the right to cancel. This is highway robbery, simply put.

I am expecting that you can interfere and order for a full refund to my card used for the reservation.
