hi I am having a whole lot of problems with your company Comcast my issues I am having are related to my bill and the corporate office isn't much help with getting this issue fix. Ill explain what is going on, on 8/23/16 I had decided i'll like to see if Comcast had a package that has syfy cbs abc and cw channels at a low price and the guy I talked too gave me a package that only added $5. to my monthly bill told them i'll go to the payment center and get the tv box and setup. after I got home I setted it up and found that one or more channels that was promise me wasn't there so I called Comcast again talked to the supervisor who told me that the syfy wasn't in the package so I told them to disconnect the cable tv i'm taking the tv box back and I did that day, the next day I checked my account and saw the bill was not back at the price I was paying before I accepted the cable tv package called Comcast again to get the bill of $25.89 fix and I only got the credit of $9.83 on 9/2/16 not the whole amount of the bill after I paid my bill of $49.99 so I called them again today about it and my account still show $16.06 due when it should show up as 0 amount due. the person I talked to on the phone said my account bill due is 0 but because of past problems I find it hard to believe that to be true when I can see my account saying other wise. I hope to hear from you about this issue and I will inform you of any new issue with Comcast in hope to get the issue that have happen in the past fix if they happen again.
