Hi i am just letting you know how impressed i am at the time its took my complaint to be answered i sent it in late dec 2015 and received a response 8 jan 2016 hats of to ur staff for being so afficiant lets hope they keep up the good work and i receive my refund in the time stated very impressed i will defo use this airline again complaint
