Stephanie sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
Hi I am sorry to have to write to you however I feel the need to escalate my complaint against paypal and I cant seem to ever get through to your customer service team by phone and they are also not responsive via email.
I sold an Louis Vuitton real wallet on Ebay to a fraudulent individual who decided to say she didn't like it and returned a fake LV wallet back to me.
This is known as Return Fraud Scam something that I think Paypal needs to be aware of.
My wallet was retuned in fake LV packaging and once opened I received a plastic wallet. As I am sure you are aware these are not cheap.
I did not return the money to the buyer and disputed it with Ebay who sided with me. She then went through the Paypal system to dispute it and after sending documents and telling them the buyer was fraudulent today has decided to side with the buyer and refund £160 thus letting them get away with more scams.
The buyers email does that sound established to you? I would like this to be reversed with immediate effect and would very much appreciate being put in touch with someone that will respond to me from your CS team.
I have a right might to take this to the press as it is clear Paypal foesnt look after the honest money of non fraudulent people.
Regards,
Stephanie
