I am Tariq jamshed Ali. I live in Pakistan. I bought Toyota Prius hybrid 2011 on 29 July 2016. It's engine no is 5006839.
I bought this car worth 20,000 US dollar. On 30 July 2016 i was driving on motorway in the same car coming towards my work place at about 0645 hrs at that time outside temperature was 30 c and inside was set 26 c. I experienced a small crack on my wind shield. I stopped and analysis the crack. Latter I went to my home and I observed that the crack has increased.
I bought this car due to huge brand fame in the world and reputed product of the Toyota brand. I am highly disappointed with this experience. Although it's a second hand car but well maintained by the previous owner. I am shocked to see the quality control of the company that car wind shield got cracked with out any physical reason. The pictures are attached as ready reference.
An early response to get it fixed will be highly appreciated.
