Hilary sent a message to Brian C. Cornell Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Target Corporation that said:
I am writing to tell you that as a customer to target that was shopping online through the website my order was shipped but then when it came I was missing half of my order. Then I call this morning on December 21,2015 to see what happened to my order and they said they would have another one sent to me. The problem I have is that the customer service guy that I talked to did create another order the problem I have is that they were Christmas presents for my kids and one of them is going to be very upsey do to the fact that he has Autism and they told me that it would be here after Christmas this is not fair to me. I should not have to call more then once to get this taken care. Also I was hung up on twice and If this is the way that Target is going to do business I will never step foot back into any of your stores or order online from you ever again. I would appreciate if this matter was solved.
