Hi,
I apologize for emailing you but I do not know who else to reach for help. The local branch of Citizens bank has outright lied to me twice now. When I opened my account I was told I would be receiving a $100 bonus if I made two bill payments. I did that and never received my bonus. I was told that the woman who opened my account told me it was two different companies (she did not and I specifically asked). About a month ago I went to make a payment and I was told I should up my limit. So I did. Well, big mistake because I was lied to and now I have two credit cards and I never authorized another one. I was told to "sign here" to raise my limit. Please help as I am a stay at home mother and feeling very deceived my Citizens Bank.
