HI. I bought a Siemens washing machine in November 2013 after much research, though it was more expensive than other Indian brands. I wanted the best and was assured by my friends who use siemens that it's an excellent and durable machine. To my dismay, the machine broke down this month and the service personnel tell me that the drum is broken, apparently due to scaling! Disappointed in the product, the brand and the service. Regards.
