Rajkumar sent a message to Hiroyuki Yanagi President and Representative Director, Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. Email Address that said:
Hi,
I had given my Bike for service at J M ENTERPRISES YAMHA MOTOR CYCLES on 23 March 2016.
But my Experience was not good .
1. All written issues has not been solved by staff of Yamha .
2. They charged me 6900 for which they have not given me proper computer generated bill.
3. Bike was not cleaned after servicing.
4. Staff member were distributing Bear Bottles when I was asking for Bill and I was asking to check that bike has been fully services or not.
5. Event they were not listening what I was saying to them
6. They were busy with other fellow staff in enjoying bear bottles.
7. They were only telling me to made the payment first and they have given a paper bill written by hand .
8. I am facing mental tension after that day when I am watching at my bike why I had given my bike for serving at this service station.
9. From future I will not suggest any one for Yamaha service Centre
Bill which I had paid at service Centre for such bad service.
Paper bill which I had received from staff which I had shown to Guard at gate.
