Kathy sent a message to Edward W. Stack – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dick’s Sporting Goods – Email Address that said:
Hi I have 6 kids and purchase stuff at Dicks every week. Its been 90 days and my sons Asics shoes have a hole in the top and the front sole is loose. I emailed Asics and they said I could bring them to you and get another pair and they credit you. Otherwise it takes 3 weeks to send to them. I called the manager at the Shoppes in Parma and he said its over 60 days and I cant do so. You will get credited and I have to be inconvenienced because the manager does not want to help. Not good business.
