Hi, I have a complaint about your service and product. I bought Note 4 about – Lee KunHee email address

Hi, I have a complaint about your service and product. I bought Note 4 about 2 year ago .All the suddenIy had a problem about charging even it shows %100 of charging it gets down to % 0 in 5 minutes . I took it to the service at 4 th of August (first vsit) that place technic service in Besiktas/Istanbul/Turkey. I couldnt get my phone back since that day. I asked why the process took to long if they knew the problem will take too long why they couldnt gave me a temporary phone to back it up. The answer was there is a common problem in NOTE4 in charger house that comes by factory production and to get temporary phone I should asked for it. This is shocking . This process affected me to follow my works and also I lost allmy contact numbers, photos, NOTES, informations and MEMORIES. Your factory flaw and the attitude of service cost me overmuch. On 27 th of August I got back my phone and after realized that there is a problem with sensor and warmup my cell phone when I talk. Then on 29 th of August I went back to technic service to tell my problem. And they told me that in the repairing process the front screen was vacuuming and the problem is that it hasnt been replaced properly. After that on 1 st of September because of this problem I gave it to the technic service for the second time in 20 day. In the meantime on 30th of August samsung Turkey called mebecause of the complaint I write to consumer complaint website in Turkey, ( name is : www.sikayetimvar.com) on 5 th of August . I told them every thing I wrote in this complaint letter but unfortunately they didnt call me back again. I am TEACHER my sallary is 1000 dollar . The price of the phone I bought is also 1000 dollar. I was thinking I bought something has the best quality and the best technological properties. But I was dissapointed and I feel like I am deceived. I couldnt stop my self to buy TAB S2 (on January 2016) aven all negative situationand I wonder when it blow up on my hand also . I trusted your company but you managed to dissapointed me. I wrote all of this Samsung Türkiye facebook 2 times. Why ? because of they erase my first complaint. and I wrote second times 🙁 I dont want to disturb you. I am so sorry I am asking you these are my faults ????????? Thank you so much.
