Hi, I have been a loyal customer of Cablevision/Optimum for Decades! Oh, yes, and receiving all the top premium channels! Now, I very happily got a replacement DVR sent to me via Fed Ex gratis. I was so happy with this service, I most certainly believed Optimum in Randolph, NJ would send to me, a rickety just-retired high school teacher, a simple WIRE to accommodate my new wide screed Vizio. NO SOAP! The guy says I should drive from Boonton to their offices! I asked for a manager, She told me ditto. I told her the above minus the rickety part, and she would not budge. I asked "Who makes these decisions?" She replied "Our Team."
Now a nice kind-faced Irish lad such as you may want to question these practices, and send a devoted customer the first change in this policy. Thanks for your time, Mr. Dolan.
