Hi, I have been contacting the corporate customer support number to try and get a – J Paul Raines email address

Hi, I have been contacting the corporate customer support number to try and get a receipt emailed to me for about a week now with no luck. They said they would call back the first time I called on Tuesday and they never called me back. Then I received an email with an incorrect receipt that didn't match any of the information I provided so I emailed back to let them know it was incorrect. I never heard back after over 24 hours so I called yesterday and spent over 2 hours holding on the phone to get my receipt and they still could not locate it. I was called this morning only to be informed that they still cannot locate my receipt and the call got disconnected and they haven't bothered to call me back. I've asked to speak to supervisors multiple times to try and expidite this process with no luck because theyre too busy to talk to me. I need this receipt because I was sold a faulty product at the rockford il gamestop, store number 5053, and I need to send it in to Sony so it can be replaced as it is covered under their manufacturers warranty. I understand that things can get lost in the shuffle but I absolutely need this receipt and as a customer who has spent over $1500 just in the past 7 months I would appreciate a little help, at least more than "sorry, there's nothing we can do."
