Hi, I have been in touch on Live Chat. I am very disappointed because I booked flights months ago and today I went on to book my seats. The cost for me to choose seats and priority boarding is £44 per booking as I am an existing customer. If I was a new customer it would be £22. Your company says that it is company policy to do this and cannot do anything about it. I fly quite often with Ryanair and have 3 trips for this year booked. The 2 trips I am unhappy about are booking reference GRLVMQ and MVYSYX. I also have a further trip planned to Porto in July. Do you think it is fait that I should pay £44 when a new customer pays £22. This is a big difference. I was happy to book my seats and priority boarding today but feel cheated by you. Is there any way you can match your own companys prices? I look forward to hearing from you asap.
