Hi,
I have been very stressed trying to deal with your UK and Ireland team.
They asked me to send identification documents, which I did. Then they said that the document was out of date.
I explained that I no longer receive paper statements, but could send an e-statement or a print out of an e-statement.
This is blankly refused and there is no co-operation from your team, they just treat you like a criminal.
It is not my fault that so many people abuse PayPal and you have not got a grip on that issue, however, you treat honest customers who have paid large amounts of fees with the same suspicion.
Please look into this and give me a real solution.
Looking at your Trustpilot reviews, the level of service you give seems to be in deep decline.
