Hi, I have called Samsung Singapore on a few occasions to arrange for an appointment for Note 7 exchange, from 26 Oct to 4 Nov 2016. Reason being that your website is down, and I was unable to access it. Your sales agent had assured me that they would surface my case, to the Appointment section; and for someone to return my call to confirm my appointment. Never has anyone told me that they would not be able to help me secure an appointment, till today. As a loyal customer, I was prepared to switch to S7 Edge. But, now with such lousy service, I would definitely ask for a cash refund and switch to Apple. I have put up with such poor service, despite my patience!
