Hi...I hope you're OK. It's the first time I've used Ryanair in which I've booked 10 seats from Manchester to Budapest. I very stupidly, typed in the wrong surname for my own son, I accidentally put Mr Knapper when in fact, he's Mr Leech. Knapper is my maiden name and somehow, I mustn't have been thinking straight. Please please don't charge me £110 for changing his name, I'm more than happy to may a fee for my mistake but please please could you reconsider.
