Hi, I want to tell you the your workers are idiots.. they have horrible costumer service. My husband have been trying to deactivate his playstation 4 for over a week due to it being broken. It turns on but won't connect to the tv thru hdmi. The video drive is broken. We are about to pcs to Germany. We just bought a new playstation to replace the old one yesterday. Hoping it would be deactivated after putting in multiple requests. All of the games we play are on his account. Without it being activated I can't play my games. Also someone used his deactivation in September. It wasn't him. All we want is the old ps4 to be deactivated.
