Hi, Im Dinesh I purchased sony z5 duel on dec 25/12/2015 frrom the second month their was few problems in my mobile after sum software updates over heating, hanging, not pairing with other wireless device like screen mirroring .
first time went to sony service they just format my phone and they given to me then it was alright for upto next month and again their was same problems and some new problems like finger print sensor not responding properly. the second time i went to same sony service center again they format the phone again it started the same problems with sum new, that is headset jack is not working the third time I went to the same sony center I sad that my is not proper always its having some problems I need replacement but they said no sir this is a software problem we last try by formating to check it will take time for 2 days so wait and see, and after two days the some problem jack is not working they diverted me to another service center they repaired my phone and I got my phone back after 2 months they said hear after their will be no problem that time the front camera was lightly wrong adjusted but it works properly at that time and after 1 month i come to know due to that call sensor is not working properly again its starting the same problems . so please i request sony to give me the replacment for my phone as soon as possible no responds in sony service center
